I can contest, Mumford were better at TITP that year. I think it's close between Mumford though and Ed Sheeran for being poor. Mumford just weren't ready at that point they needed a bit more time, Sheeran just got his sent completely wrong.

Lorde's new album comes out on June 27th. She's played the fest for her last two records, do we reckon she could pop up for a secret set over the weekend? I don't know if there's space on Woodsies?

Really hope it's HAIM. They're a lock in some form with the margate show and album out.

 

Lorde is a longer shot with no announced shows as of yet but album out at the same time.

It’s possible but as she’s not been announced for R1 big weekend I think it’s unlikely . Her tour doesn’t kick off until October and starts on the west coast of the USA so I’m not sure she would have a rehearsed band in time.

 

Obviously the situation could change , but let’s wait for the tour announcement first.
