Allowed might be a stretch. I think the travellers area was a bit more loose with rules. It may be my memory but I’m sure there was the odd dog about in 2000.

Not Glastonbury but tge new stage announced for Reading/Leeds looks impressive with the mesh screen over the crowd. I wonder if we could see anything similar at Glastonbury?

and Glastonbury will likely have something new to replace the spider / crane that Reading dont have ... cant win them all

That's a bit unfair to be honest.  Aside from the fact this is new tech and R/L have done a press release now - they've not actually done it before, there's nothing to say that it's not on Glastonbury's radar and I don't see anything like IICON or The Levels at Reading/Leeds.
