Occasionsally this an interesting lesson in acts who were one hit wonders in Ireland but made no splash whatsoever in the UK.

au contraire Robbie Nevil's debut album got all the way to 93 in the UK!

Since we can't have Prince I say we get the next best thing, namely Bobby Nevil

How about Richie Kavanagh?  not sure Nal will share that one, but must have caused a stir here too

What about Barry Mannilow?

He has a GSH in his Las Vegas residency?

Jesus Christ I mean they play him to detainees in Guantanamo as torture don’t they?

needless to say I’d avoid THAT one like the plague

His last tour struggled to shift as it was post-lockdown and he's not announced anything here for the summer (they'd almost certainly want dates on sale pre-Christmas), so I think it's proabbly a no for Baz this time.

Yeah, I don't really see it either. He'd want to wrap it up with other dates.

Over the last couple of days I've been looking at some of the artists I think would do an amazing legend set and it's amazing how many 'legends' I was unaware were dead... been quite an emotional rollercoaster!

Bit like watching the 2000 Royal Rumble

I'd love Erasure to play one year, i'm sure I read an article from Andy Bell saying that they've never been asked. Seem's very odd given their back catalogue, and lots of pop acts getting the nod on the farm these days!

Andy Bell is headlining the three rewind festivals this summer.

It does seem odd Erasure haven’t played, they have a huge back catalogue of hits, they’ve always been excellent fun live and they’re still putting out new music.. some of the new tunes are really good. A greatest hits set would go down a storm surely.

Not that odd as they don't do many shows.

Didn't she already do that? Or did she just have a set.

I remember seeing it and she was a bit shit tbh. Voice gone.

Yes 2014 on The Other. They weren’t great. I remember we had stumbled across a Blondie tribute at another festival a month before and we decided the tribute were a lot better.
