Bristol Live currently interviewing people on the harbourside who are in pubs. Can't help but think it's not a great advertisement interviewing pub goers who are in a pub before midday 😂 honestly take a look.

I think some Wetherspoons serve from 8am.

That makes me feel a bit sick lol

Way too early for a beer 🙂   At least wait until 10am 🙂

Unless you’re at the airport getting an early flight. That first holiday airport pint is a necessity regardless of the time of day!

Well I imagine they are if you travel a bit, but we don't have many beer gardens near us. Will give it a go, though!

I have two choices where I live and neither look that appealing currently, will wait till the warmer weather returns.

Hope you have a lovely day Wednesday.

You one of those who were queueing at midnight? (On the news, northeners - obvs)

no, not me. One thing I've discovered over lockdown is you can buy beer in the supermarket.

Was out this morning with the dog and did see people having a beer outside local Wetherspoons. They looked very happy, and very cold.

My tip for if you'd like a few beers and don't want to have to book somewhere is to check local football, rugby & cricket clubs to see if they're open.

Most people will aim for highstreets / the usual areas but if you want to meet friends, have some drinks and also avoid having to stay for only a set time these places will welcome you with open arms.

They also have the most space for seating / benches etc.

Yes indeed, or you could support a massive national supermarket chain and watch your local drinking establishments disappear.

Apologies, I should have said this...?

didn't come from independent sage, but I guess the accusation is Friston and others at UCL predicted herd immunity would be reached in early April, and Friston is also one of the independent sage people.
