First ever time attempting glasto whatsoever. 5 coach tickets booked from Birmingham on the Wednesday. excited isn't the word.

Sadly the person that got through and booked them all forgot to put my mates details down. Probably the mate who was most excited. Mission on sunday to make sure we get her a ticket.

Got tickets from Bristol on Wednesday morning. So excited after missing out last year, I just about had a heart attack when the booking page came up. My girlfriend has family in Bristol so heading from there works out well for us. I'm not normally superstitious but last year I was trying with a new laptop and never got through at all so I brought out the old laptop that always worked but hasn't been used for a few years and that did the trick!

Send me that laptop.

got through to the reg page at about 6.12, then got through to the London page.

About 7 or 8 times it let me select tickets (I was after 6), but then when I clicked proceed it thought about it for a few seconds and wouldn't go any further.

Each time it did that it took out everyone but the lead booker, so I had to go back and forward again to get the other 5 on there.

Finally got through to the payment page and a 5 minute timer started, and every time i put my bank details in the page would freeze for about 20 seconds then a time-out page came up. Pressed back and tried again, about 5 times the same result with the timer ticking down all the time.

Eventually the timer ran out and I was kicked back to the front screen, which now said sold out.

Was typing a message to my group on my phone to say we'd blown it, when up pops an email from seetickets saying booking confirmed!

What a fucking roller coaster, but somehow I bagged 6 tickets for London, weds at 6.00am

All done by 18:05. Refreshed holding page. Went to in-laws for their wifi where I had never got a sniff in years. They have changed from Sky to BT though.

Its just random luck !!

None of us got a second sniff for friends

All eyes to Sundays group.

Managed to bag a ticket for a friend coming from London but in all the rush somehow managed only to pick single way and not a return coach ticket I don't remember ever seeing the option for this when buying. Is this set in stone  now or is there anyway to change this going forward?

Is there private coach companys that can be booked for the trip back to London?

Yeah - booked single also in the chaos. But still .... it's a Golden Ticket. Congratulations.

National Express are currently at £55 for the return. However,  See coaches in the past have been a complete shambles with no ticket checking (usually), so may just wing it.

They turn of the verified by visa check for the Glasto sale

This information is vitaly important - it makes all the difference if they are still not forwarding to bank or bank verification is not being triggered.

It certainly does. I’d be gutted if I missed out on tickets because the transaction was referred to my bank.

    • No dramas man, I just like to follow others journeys as well. Get the inspiration, give out inspiration and the outdoors is the clear the head place to do it. I'm heading out for a easy trail run today I think, 10k- 10 mile we'll see how we go. I've got a half marathon in October I'm well unprepared for hahs
    • The Cheap Thrills at Mountford Hall, Liverpool.    They've been around for a while and have built up a large local following. Last night was their biggest yet, at a sold out 2,200 capacity venue.    It was a big old joyous, indie singalong from start to finish, the band clearly having the time of their lives. The debut album is out next month and they seem to be going down well on the festival circuit, maybe their time has finally come.   2 supports, I unfortunately missed Credits but the few songs they have on Spotify sound good, Americana vibes. The other was M60, reportedly Gary Neville's favourite band. If that's true, he's as clueless about music as he is football. To be fair, their sound was poor, maybe with a clearer sound they'd have been better but it was pretty dull.
    • I can see them all merging along with the Tory’s . Restore curently couldn’t muster enough candidates to be a viable option . I lasted 4 mins and couldn’t watch any more . Lowe is just dull along with racist
