I've got through 4 out of the last 8 Glastonbury's with my mates getting my ticket in the other 4. Last year my group was the only one that got through at all. My luck is almost certain to run out this year it's getting harder and harder, i've had a good run.

I hated Icon at first but the acts on this year were much better and gives a welcome bit of space to have a bit of a rave as long as you need. Unfortunately the lack of space in Shangri la ruins the experience, need a drink or the toilet there goes 20 mins of your festival trying to get through the bottleneck.

I loved the last 25 mins but I thought the earlier part of his set was very disjointed and didn't flow very well. Obviously the ending made up his highlights on TV and is what most people will remember. He's definitely a talent though, he'll only get bigger.

Completely agree with this, moving between stages in Shangri-La is a real problem. The path that goes through it is far too narrow for the amount of people who want to be there. If Silver Hayes area was able to remain open until the same time as the SE corner then the it would be a major help.

Much less busier than previous years IMO. Walked straight in without any issue. Biggest crush for me was next to the food stalls when I walked past Ben Howard on Friday, it didn't help that a Van needed to drive through it all. They definitely got most of the one way systems right this year.

Took my 8 year old, absolutely loved it. My wife doesn't like staying out late anyway so took her back to the CV around midnight each night while I stayed out. Leaving Icon at 6am Sunday morning and pretending I was alright Sunday day was a challenge 😁

Can't believe anyone could find criticism in that performance, it will live with me for a very long time.

Forgot the name of the place, but it was on the path from WH to Other on the right hand side. They did a very generous portion of Crayfish with chips and sauce. Was beautiful. The samosa place near Pyramid was great value and tasty, 4 samosas for 6 quid.

Never seen either of them before but Ewan McVicar then Denis Sulta at Glade on Thursday was absolutely ace.
