Hi all, it's me and my wife's first time to IOW next year travelling from Leeds on the Big Green Bus, we've never been to IOW at all, what's the travel on the ferry like, any security to go through etc.... Being of an older age whats the roudiest campsites to avoid and the quieter ones to look out for?

My parents retired out to Greece so know all about bad drivers. Any way not long to go now, not l9ng been back from Glasto and was at a small one in Leeds on Saturday so feel as though we are back into the swing of things, just need my wife's passport to turn up now and we're all set

May do the city pass at the airport then, will look into it, its our first foreign festival so bit daunting, especially for someone who likes to be duper organised 😆

I thought about the passes as the transfer is included and we are going to try and see a bit of the city too

We're on that flight too, staying on site from the Monday and a hotel room booked Tuesday night, what are the transfers like from the airport to the festival?

Even my kids are laughing he's there and they were into him when he first came out, quite possibly ve elsewhere that night but the wife may decide different who knows, tend to just go with whatever we fancy at the time. We've a pre erected tent booked and Early camping pass so will be set up Monday afternoon for a wonder around the site. How many more acts can we expect to be announced?

Hi every one, new to this festival and never been to one abroad but wanted to do this for my 50th last year so having to do it a year later instead, me and my wife are flying over on the Monday and flying back on the Wednesday after it finishes, are the Budapest passes worth the money for a good few hours of exploring before it all starts, we are camping from day one by the way, what's the score with transfers from the airport? Is it cashless as I've heard about top up wristbands? Is the boat cruise party thing any good, what's the beer buying situation in the campsite and any other bits of golden info you can give, bare in mind we are not scared of it going on late despite our ages and are festival veterans of various ones in the uk
