She did dance village a few years back not sure on the exact year.

Kelis as in Millionaire / Trick Me / Milkshake Kelis?! Well that's mad...

She played at half 2 in the afternoon on the Pyramid in 2014

Exactly the spot you'd expect! Suns out, bangers out.

I thought she'd be a West Holts sub size artist but clearly I overestimated her appeal.

I checked back to see what year and it was 2010 on east dance tent.

So way before silver Hayes. The dance village had an east and a west dance test.

west tent had a few up and coming bands on during the day then moved to Dj’s later. East had a lot of grime and UK rap acts. Like way more than they do now. I actually preferred that to what it is now. I saw Skepta there at like 2pm in 2010.

this was the line up on the kelis day

Glastonbury bit has been taken off now 😄

Someone has just bollocked someone in an office somewhere...

"One fucking job Steve, promote her tour in the description but DON'T mention the super confidential Glastonbury set!"

"I'm sorry I swear!"

"Well it's too fucking late eFests have hold of it now!"

Not this one but I had someone contact me recently asking me to delete a Tweet about an act playing this year. While I'm pretty sure some acts let the cat out of the bag on purpose, when someone else lets it slip, it can be a genuine mistake.

I can imagine it being a bad day at the office when that happens, like Pavement leaking the Prima line up this year... DOH!

Who was that? Presumably someone already discussed on here.

Someone on twitter has said Fishermen’s Friends have confirmed for the Friday night.

We already had that one - from someone’s mum 😄

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
    • I have a spare campervan pass to get rid of.  unable to use Kaboodle as it is only entry that they re-sell
