Highly doubtful, 2014 felt like a one-time only deal. I'm sure Lars will be around though, he fell in love with the place when they played

The gap will be purely so Lars can attend as I think he's gone every year since they played after having fell in love with the place. Maybe one year they'll rock up again in some form, but I doubt it - they were very much a 'ticked off and done' kind of headliner.

Aye, there’s to nothing gained on either side from them playing again.

Seen him twice whilst there was nothing on elsewhere, he's boring as fuck.

Yes one of the worst live performers at his level I've ever seen - if they can even groom Theresa May to appear to have a modicum of personality (questionable) then surely someone could up his game for  him?

Is it wrong to decide that he's an utter git just from looking at that poster?

he's a favourite of Nick Grimshaw. If the socks and sandals don't do for you, surely that's the icing on the cake. music for estate agents.

He's wearing flip flops and socks the absolute dickhead.

As I ridiculed someone for the same thing recently I was soon put in my place that these are called sliders. Socks and sliders are apparently a fashion thing now...I even googled it to be sure.

Looks shit whatever they're called unless slobbing round the house.

Mumford backing themselves to sell out an extensive arena tour with a months notice

They probably will. Doubt their fans circa 2013 are ones to move with the times.

I saw some European dates leak out that were in May next year so I'm surprised they're playing here so soon. Kicking off if one of those APE Presents gigs is the Mumfords doing their Gentlemen of the Road shit again.

    • I got in for £11.25 in the end, which was absolutely ridiculously good value, and made the queues and overselling of the venue much more tolerable! Sniping in on other people’s unwanted tickets on the day of an event might become my new hobby I think 🥳
    • Ann and Nancy Wilson are planning a final world tour for HEART starting next year. They were never at Glastonbury. They should do it.
    • sub yes I could see but I don't think they get 1hr 15, a headliner starting at 18:15 though is unlikely. Even the recent co-headlines that have had like 1hr 15 then a 1hr 30 after were on 8pm or just before, you are trailing behind more than 1.5 hours then. In that scenario some 3rd down bands are only starting at 18:15 and some haven't lol. I agree they won't not book them due to this but it won't be 6 headliners. It would be 5 headliners and you wouldn't want to see 5 headliners booked but Biffy were to not be thouhgt of as an option for one. Wolf Alice on the other hand could sub no bother and you'd think nothing of it. I'm not so sure Biffy would get headline though after the festival choice in Kendal this year.
    • Definitely. UKIP also used Merkel welcoming 1 million Afgans to Europe in 2015 during the brexit vote.   Politicians in other countries within the EU know the are going to lose voters to parties to the right of them over stuff like this and they've no control over it.
