I am going for Barry manila legends slot. No wait, maybe Rod Stewart. On the other hand it might be Tom Jones. Oh no I forgot about Justin Timberlake on a Saturday slot. Then again Bananarama have reformed (please no). Hold on it could be U2. I could go on.........

Don't think Glastonbury would pay enough to repair the F1! He's probably still kneeling by his bed crying after that mishap

Lovin' guns 'n' roses, depeche mode and kinks ideas. Macca...meh, I know he's a Beatle and all but still...meh! Reckon Green day still in with a shout or Robbie, who I mentioned few months back on the headliner thread, was at the side of the stage for Adele.

Unless my dream the other night was intuition and it is darned spice girls as someone else suggested.

Maybe the bookers were reading efestivals and couldn't decide which Barry was #rightbazza & #wrongbazza so booked em both just to be safe.

Bananarama please yes.

Aren't Queens of the Stone Age in America over Glastonbury? They're my favourite band and I'd love it, but I just can't see it happening.

1 night. plenty of acts have played this side of the pond 1 night then the US/Canada another.

pretty unlikely to be them though...

Think they're at a festival in Canada so it's very unlikely

Everyone is having so much fun guessing I wanted to join in

    • I love this festival but Mordor has got worse and worse to the point now that I dread going there. 10 years ago there just weren’t as many people, as many bottlenecks and there wasnt the need to arrive early to have a decent spot.
    • Aren't they against touring?
    • If my memory serves me right, it was the other way round - when PS 2022 lineup was released it was already confirmed that she plays Barcelona in May.
    • Cheers! And yep looks identical to Green day's scheduling
    • Reading all the feedback with interest.  If there are now 75,000 tickets officially sold, plus who knows how many more people blagging in - then on the Friday evening and Saturday in particular, it's not ridiculous to suggest there's 50,000 people at Mordor, which is a stadium gig - except with much worse sight lines, an inferior PA, and far less bars and toilets. The Thursday evening in 2022 was of course infamous but on the Friday night for Beck I was trapped about 150m from the stage, surrounded by chatters, and with no prospect of getting nearer the stage.  With hindsight that was when I realised the fest had one way or another fundamentally changed.  Also noting on Reddit that some folk didn't enjoy the Cure or Gorillaz because the sets were "too long".  In future bands may be better received if they actually just play their top 10 Spotify songs then get back off the stage.
