performed Ong Ong on The Tonight Show last night. sounding good!

i love this song. makes me feel so happy, and was totally unexpected as it came so late in the album

It really sounds familiar to me, but I can't place it. Anyone else feel that way? Can you think of a song that it sounds like?

Electric Picnic has saved my bacon mate. Hyde Park is vulgar.

I'm on honeymoon when EP is on. Glasto is my only full festival this year.

I'm hoping that because ticket sales are poor they'll "leak" another cheap tickets link. If so could somebody let me know immediately please?

I'm relying on a warm up show in Scotland like they mentioned a couple of months ago. If not then an arena tour later in the year would be nice!

I've been waiting on some kind of announcement for a scottish date, I'm presuming it'll be a last minute, frantic dash for tickets in a small venue the way it's going

With a bit of luck anyway that would be ace

Will be gutted if they don't do a tour after this. Kind of want to sell my foos ticket and go see them but can't let my brother down who I'm going with.

Fair point. Never been to Hyde park but I've heard nothing but bad things about it as a venue. Still they're one of the bands I most want to see.

Yeah I've never been but just based on what I've heard I'm not gonna bother. Would like to get a Strokes/Blur joint ticket if it wasn't for that, especially as I'm in London for Foos the day after The Strokes.

I'm confident Blur will announce a decent arena tour after Hyde Park's done, and I would imagine they'll chuck in a couple of shows at Barras in the week between IOW and BST. No real reason to get pushed into seeing them at Hyde Park unless it's dirt cheap like last year.

    • Have you tried Anna von Hausswolff yet? Great singer, and she's from Gothenburg so guess she'll be extra excited to show her skills, especially after she unfortunately had to cancel her early summer dates.    Different style, but Oklou for me was the highlight of Primavera (apart from Geese), really enjoyable relaxed music.
    • A few bigger acts that did other similar festivals this year but not Truck, wouldn't be surprised to see one or two of these (if they're touring):   Reytons The Streets Blossoms Sophie-Ellis Bextor Rick Astley Scissor Sisters Dizzee Rascal   Truck on the undercard seems to rotate a lot of it every 2/3 years, expect to see some of these (if they're touring): Yard Act Sports Team Sea Girls Pale Waves Fat Dog Peace Swim Deep Courting   Hope Westside Cowboy and Radio Free Alice are booked again and get some bigger slots next year
    • I read a reliable source saying there's not enough time to stress test and have worked through any major financial decisions between now and then.   So guarantees this budget will just be tinkering at the edges only.
    • Thanks @sisco. Looking forward to it!
    • Looking like will be bringing a 2-3 month old to Glastonbury next year
