You've caused much upset on the Coldplay board http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/threads/100850-Glastonbury-Festival-2015?p=5708118&viewfull=1#post5708118

On a side note; I'm enjoying this very meta back and forth between the two boards, we should organise a 5 a side match, or get Neil to armwrestle Chris or something.

Who the hell would even be a member on that forums let alone post on it.

My missus is a fan and hasnt seen them. Im sure there are thousands in the same boat.

All the rumoured headliners this year have been a bit meh so why not have the Kings of Meh.

"A fan and hasnt seen them." Coldplay in a nutshell.

Yeah basically that. The phrase "music for people who dont like music" might not make much sense but "music for people who dont love music" does.

Theyre a magnet for people who only listen to music when theyre ironing.

I like the sound of that vaginal steam cleaning treatment that Coldplay are advertising at the minute.

Vaginal steam? How would that clean anything?

@AwardChris on the coldplay board ...... Dolly was a sunday legend slot (afternoon) not a headliner :bye:

And efests never reported Oasis would headline. However our dear leader did correctly predict Kasabian and Metallica before anywhere else, and has an excellent track record for predicting the headliners of most UK festivals for very many years. We here hang on his every word because he's earned his reputation. I think he's confirmed at least one (and in a lot of cases all) of the headliners for every festival I've ever been to.

    • Fontaines getting the honour of the last ever BBC Maida Vale session going out on 6 Music shortly.   No Glastonbury relevance (for now.. ), just thought I'd mention it for those who are interested 😎
    • Had a wonderful booking in one of our primary woodland venues this weekend. A 30th birthday arranged by a load of musicians and entertainment industry professionals. It was primarily a folk oriented event, however I noticed one young woman who didn’t seem to fit dress and appearance wise. Turned out to be Frenetic, one of the top up and coming UK Jungle and DnB DJ’s.    Anyway Saturday night turned into an EDM session and I got to do a set. Slightly nervous considering who was there, it was great and Frenetic loved my set. She’s closing Data Mine at Shambala this year.
    • they got lucky and the thunderstorms stayed away. It was still wet of course. Some of those boot sucking puddles did emerge from what a couple friends saw who were there.  Post fest aerial also below   and also a sapphic mud wrestling contest?
    • It's even less funny when in real life too...   Liddle met Rachel Royce and the couple soon became romantically involved.[84] In January 2004 the couple married at a ceremony in Malaysia. They had been living in Heytesbury, Wiltshire, and had two sons together. Six months later, Liddle moved in with Alicia Monckton, a 22-year-old receptionist at The Spectator. It transpired that he had cut short his honeymoon with Royce so that he could be with Monckton. Following their divorce, Liddle and Royce exchanged attacks in the media. Liddle called her a "total slut and slattern"
