I did the stupid think at the weekend and watched so many vlogs of Glastonbury. What I would give to have a beer, on a field, in shorts and a jazzy shirt and hugging strangers

Thought I would post a follow up to the son & father enjoying pint in Avalon Inn I posted in Glastocam thread.... my daughter, who wasn’t old enough to drink, entertained herself in other ways whilst we were supping..... that’s her at the bottom of the slide.

My favourite pic of the Brothers bar. Wednesday afternoon 2005. Was used in publicity by Brothers in TimeOut before one of the fests - for which I received a LOT of drinking vouchers (in 2009, I think)!

Gorillaz 2010. Lou Reed had just arrived on stage I think. Guy next to us in the crowd after overhearing people's excitement "Who is Lou Reed?".

This one has to be my favourite of the ones I’ve taken, at Arcadia in the spider’s final year. I loved how you could get right underneath. It felt like being in War of the Worlds.

Here’s a boat load from the same year, 2017 being my first Glasto. We took so many photos because we were so amazed by what we were seeing round every corner. 
 

The teepee field in perfect Festival weather, the Elrow takeover of Love Bullets, T&C field performers, a day time bimble round Shangri La and the Pyramid at sunset (from memory this was at the start of Ed Sheeran. We wandered up to the back of the field, listened to 2 songs and decided to bugger off elsewhere.).
