Last time around, I was sitting at a table outside the Goan Fish Curry place tucking in to it's fine food and struck up a conversation with the random bloke also at the table. Within a minute we were

Revamp Silver Hayes. That is all.

TBF the festival does go above and beyond sorting out the litter, thanks to the many volunteers; you'll never eradicate it unfortunately.

No camping chairs within a 250m radius of the pyramid stage.

I’d second that. Hate trying to enjoy a performance with six camp chairs arranged in a circle in front of me with their occupants showing no interest in what’s happening on stage and instead discussing where to get the best rates for their ISAs.

That sounds horrible! Really awful. What was the consensus?

The layout. Ditch Sonic. In fairness the lineup is quite varied but it's arguably the least creative area of festival to a certain extent

The blues is good but that’s about it. I think being the most flat part of the festival with hardly any horizon on show makes it seem quite bleak, or like any other festival like Reading etc.

Do something about the bins. Especially at W Holts. Maybe dig some holes in the ground and collect them at night. Or maybe massive underground skips that are emptied once a festival.

Or have some backstage storage and collect bins more frequently without causing extra site traffic during the day.

I would have pint/cider only queues in some of the busier bars.

More applicable for hot years, but there is nothing worse than queueing half an hour in 50 degree heat for a cold pint, only for it to take precisely two seconds to hand you one of the pre-poured ones.

This has probably been discussed before but I've always found the sound from the other stage utter dog shit. I'm sure there must be something they could do about it.

The bleed from the glade is actually quite bad.
