Literally just then a voice in my head, like just imagining i'm listening to punditry, said "Trump has handed Biden the keys to the White House" and I awoke with a start.

Yes but Wayne County (Detroit) hasn't moved off 62.9% reported in a while. When that does Biden will move.

Yep that’s the one (and some surrounding counties) that will clinch it. Load of votes from Grand Rapids coming too.

Something really weird will have to happen for Biden not to win Michigan now.

Zero. It just can’t work like that, and the outrage country wide it would cause would be insane. I don’t think even Republicans are that stupid, and especially not for Trump. If he loses the vote, he’s out of there.

I've managed to squeeze 5 hours in over 2 periods of sleep.  Kind of expecting to grab a couple more hours later in the afternoon and call that having had a full night's sleep.
