Hmm, that looks suspiciously like a pattern.

Had more confirmed for 2005 and 2013 so joint third best

I've grown more impatient with time dammit

2013 I'll give you but I'd argue that while 2005 had more numerically, 2 headliners + a legend + 1 other trumps 1 headliners + 4 others.

So it's not just the rain and mud that makes 2020 feel like 2016 then.

So in Harper’s Bazaar they have an interview with Emily and state that Kendrick is headlining.

I wonder if he is getting his own announcement and the full poster is being pushed back a bit... due to recent developments.

What developments?

The Poster hasn’t ever announced this early.  The only time we’ll be able to say pushed back if it appears after payment deadline.

Developments? And we've never had the poster this early so how has it been pushed back? None of this post makes sense

"Emily is responsible for the festival's modern incarnation. She shapes and curates the legendary line-ups, which – for its 50th anniversary this year - will include Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar and Diana Ross."

I see they've deleted him now. Did it make it into print? Anyone know of a photo?

I did believe you in the first instance by the way, wasn't meant as casting doubt :P I'm just intrigued if it made it to the newsstands as I'd be amazed if someone at HQ didn't run the rule over it beforehand...

    • Interesting to read. It's mostly why we stopped going a few years back even though it's the nearest big festival to home. The post-exams timing and location makes it a rites of passage first festival for people in a big area. Understandably that leads to a bit of giddiness. Think lineup would need to be a lot more my cup of tea to be enticed back. Friends who are there are having a good time tho and no rain is a good thing for up there.
    • I honestly didn't know it had, I still thought it was where the view overlooked the lake and view.   I think my decision not to attend this year at least was justified. Biffy was the big draw but after Finsbury I knew they wouldn't play what I want to hear again and well work also got in the way. Believed interesting to hear if Libertines were any good as they were also a pull but Sunday did nothing for me really with all my acts on Friday and Saturday.
