We’re in B3.. wanted C5/C4 but obviously those are in the Premium Category and I ain’t paying that much for three hours of running around and Queen medleys.

I'm tempted but I'm not a fan of any subs so it would have to beat seats to arriver later anyway.

The Thursday (RagnBone Man) and Friday (James) events this week at Kenwood House have been postponed at the last minute due to safety concerns because of ground conditions. Saturday and Sunday still on as things stand.

I reckon that's bollocks for something else. I feel sorry for anyone who's booked hotels or travel to these events. I'm one of the lucky ones who got a cheap presale ticket for James and live in London. It's a shame Ticketmaster are such arsewipes about refunds for events that haven't been cancelled

Annoyingly I’ve “won” (read: they couldn’t sell) tickets for Supergrass in Crystal Palace tonight on Dice but can’t go.

More annoying is that they’re non-transferable otherwise I’d have offered them up on here.

Odd as the big thing about Dice was how easy it is to transfer tixs as I remember moaning about not being able to when I went to my first gig with Dice and I was told it wasn't like that.

In any case it's pretty easy to win tixs for Supergrass or Streets so I wouldn't worry about not offering them up.

Tickets booked for Foo's. I would like to say that I was also looking forward to St Vincent but have resigned myself to listening to people talk loudly over her set.

I will be sat with Roy Keane and he is bringing the  sandwiches.

Any ideas on fillings ?

They had these up on showfilmfirst, £6.50 each although it shut this morning

If you trust a mate with your Dice log in info then you can do that if you do offer them to somebody you know. Can always change your password afterwards.

'in support' of their new album, but they seem to be warm up gigs for the Isle of Wight festival the following weekend. The Institute would be some place to see them alright.

That would be ace.

My mum used to know Roger Taylor from DD. Lived in the same road as him.

    • Elastica posted last night teasing a return, wonder where they would play if they reformed?
    • I agree but anyone under Rodrigo would be a sub in reality, that day would sell out in under an hour whoever is subbing, in which case Wolf Alice would make a lot of sense   The more unrealistic part of the scenario at this point is Rodrigo headlining
    • All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.
    • Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.
    • Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
