Bloody hell, are Thunder still about? I thought they'd split up a few years back. They were one of the bands that soundtracked my mid-late teens, rather like Reef (among others) soundtracked my first year of uni.

Yeah they played Hammersmith supported by Reef and recently played Wembley arena supported by Terrorvision. Cracking live band and Reef really impressed too. Last time I saw Reef was around 1999!

Not self confirmed, because he'd never do that, but was told last night that ME is going to do a short set with The House Band in CN on the Thursday.

Indeed it was. Ah, I went for Lightning Seeds purely because it was a World Cup year and I thought the Three Lions sing along would be great and set me up for the day.

Are The House Band the Glastonbury town band? I thought you meant Coldplay for a minute but they are in Amsterdam on the Thursday. :-)

I think Reef are actually from Glastonbury.

With that in mind it's surprising that they haven't played more often.

William's Green doesn't have bands on during the pyramid headliners so they won't be clashing.

New album is very good. Pleasantly surprised by it and looking forward to seeing them as a result.
