I thought it was slightly weird that Rowntree used the word "headlining" Glastonbury twice in his dismissal of the rumour, and refrained from saying "playing" or "doing" G, which makes me think something secret might happen.

I would have said Damon himself this would be a real possibility, but don't see Blur just popping up unannounced

Because realistically headlining is all they'd do.

yeah something not right there, there is a very bold tease put in there. it's almost like he tried to give it away they'll be playing but not headlining. This is probably what they want to be thought though.
