  1. The worst potential clash for me is Freddie Gibbs x Deftones or Freddie Gibbs x Justice. I could definitely see either happening.
  2. I just want Danny Brown to be added. I'm a much bigger fan of his than I was in 2019 and he's released 3 really good albums since. Probably very low chance but you never know. He's in Europe at that time...
  3. I was never a huge fan of Vampire Weekend - just liked some material but this new album is great and it's made me dive a bit deeper into their catalogue. They've turned into a very good booking. I'm back to being very excited for Pulp! I had no interest whatsoever in Lana Del Rey until recently I started listening to her music to give it a chance and it turns out she's miles better than I would've given her credit for tbh. She's not must see but if no big clash I'll give her set a go. Duster, American Football and Deftones keep getting better the more I listen.
  4. He's the most influential music critic/persona/whatever, plus his music tastes align pretty closely with this festival. This is just a normal part of marketing these days, whether people like it or not.
  5. Tbf in the past they've had headliners like The Killers and Florence and the Machine. You could say these are bigger but personally I have no interest in that. I much prefer this year's headliners so it depends on what weak means to you. I wouldn't say it's objective.
  6. Great lineup from BBK and very different to PS. If you live in Spain and have the holiday days going to both feels like a no-brainer.
  7. I'm in. Very nice lineup and not only that but the day splits are well balanced for my taste. No weak day.
  8. I'm close to pulling the trigger on this but have been waiting for the next wave of acts (if it ever arrives!). How is this festival vibe wise?
  9. For the record I think it's a very good album as well, just not my favourite of hers.
  10. I really like Stories from the City, Rid of Me and Dry - would start with those but she has a very consistent catalog. No real duds.
  11. I don't really think she's suited to a huge stage in general but I agree - definitely not with the last album. Since there are 5 top line names on Sunday, I'd like to see her play a smaller stage like Cupra but probably no chance.
  12. Saturday is already the weakest day imo, the festival isn't sold out (unlike when MA dropped out) and they generally replace acts - especially headliners. I see no reason why we wouldn't get a replacement if she does drop out.
  13. It's clearly not a good year year for festivals but I think this one has come up with the best out of a bad bunch yet again so I don't think we should be overly critical. Anyway who knows, maybe there'll be a couple of decent late additions. They've done that for the past 2 editions.
  14. After zooming in on the laptop it really looks likes The National to me.
