We love it really.

We kind of do, but there's critical mass for everyone. I fluctuate between no longer being super-anticipatory but rather resigned to it'll come when it comes, and occasional fury as I really want to get exploring the new stuff I will eventually want to see, prompted by the line up announcement.

Yin, and indeed, yang

I'm a bit late to this but after getting caught up on the 50+ pages since i left work on Friday i just wanted to thank everyone that mentioned Tom Waits, about 8 years ago i decided i was going to get into him on the recommendation of a friend, i downloaded this discography and then didn't know where to start, so it's just sort of sat there neglected all these years

i've just put tom waits heart attack and vine on, it's absolutely stunning

Do you think they got really confused with the clocks changing and set it for the wrong time? Maybe it was meant to be 1PM but they worked it out all wrong?

No, because you don't set a length of time on these countdown pages, just the actual date and time you want it to finish. The page works out the length of time remaining.

This is a sign surely after last night's performance....?

Madge to headline, Swift to Sub. I think the signs are all there.Madge, Swift,Kanye and Lionel Richie at the Brits. Swift headline 1 Big Weekend. Foos appear video message at Brits. Swift dinner with Kanye then duetting with Madge. It's all stacking up

Yep and whoever it was chose 12am. Not midday. Unless they knew the site doesn't understand noon.

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.

    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
    • I have a spare campervan pass to get rid of.  unable to use Kaboodle as it is only entry that they re-sell
