I think you're right that Earth Wind & Fire would be top of the West Holts. They've sold more CDs than Kanye, but they certainly aren't selling out huge concerts like he is.

edit: Saw people in the 2013 forums saying EW&F were crap when they saw them. Definitely wouldn't get booked for top of the Pyramid.

That was the split of version which Al McKay invented after he left. Thankfully they are in France over the weekend. It will be the real deal version

I wish this was on the menu....

Oh, fuck yes.

I sometimes have that as a ring tone.

And i don't care what you think.

Great song.

Bizarre fuckin' lyrics.

Very dubious video.

Drummer(?) died of a freak gardening accident.

If anyone says a bad word about Africa by Toto, you know they're a liar.

The wild dogs cry out in the night

As they grow restless longing for some solitary company

Solitary company?

Sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti

Rises above a nature reserve / area over 200km away despite having it's own nature reserve to rise over...just like a far smaller mountain in a different continent doesn't.

Genius, Winslow, genius.

Thought my hopes for P***** were over then! All this Tom Waits talk though has now got me thinking he would be great for West Holts. RHCP's have dates in Europe and are free from 22nd June. Can see them possibly headlining the Other Stage. Still hoping Primus will play seeing as they are in the UK at the right time and will be free. Doubtful I know but I'd love it.

The Swiftians not happy with the pop smarts of The Barlew?

Soz been away this weekend so only just replying to this.

Nah. If we were talking about a few years, when they were touring with Robbie and Barlow hadn't yet sold his soul to Cowell, maybe. But not now.

Somebody on the Facebook group mentioned yhis morning has said Daft Punk, Chemical Bros and Beck have self confirmed. They seem like a different breed on there. Lots of bad language and clipped speech.
