I always say this, but even when I haven't got time to sit down at work all day, I still manage to check this thread every few hours in case someone's crystal ball has finally fired up

Seems like they take about five or six hours to run; they’re cranking the simulations 24/7 so the previous one finishes just as the next one’s set to start.

Yup, they start coming out from 11, so it'd be about half past when the festival is in view

Pressure development

Still very much on tenterhooks about what will happen to the low out to the north-east. It's just about held off in this run but does push down and affect temperatures.

 

SUMMARY

With the loss of all the rain this weekend, this is an excellent update - be remain in the lap of the dogs about that big pocket of low pressure.

It could go either way and, der der derrr, it's the 18Z up next!

If we all stand in a line next Thursday will it be possible to hold off the low by blowing northwards?

On the other side went to Werchter in 09 and the heat was absolutely stifling and the was no escape, absolutely relentless… not been back since 😱
