Trying to stay positive but the amount of middle-of-the-road shite basically self-confirming glasto is making me nervous.

Only Sunday available and it'd be a fourth date on the trot, but definitely possible.  I think I'd be getting dragged to that one, I only know the one song.

You and everyone else in the crowd! It was like that when I half-watched them at either Download or Sonisphere over a decade ago. Can't imagine they've had a resurgence since then.

I actually really like them, good live band. I'd say the dates make them less rather than more likely though

Plan: check setlist.fm, spot 'that song' always played at the very end of the set; convince people only worth getting there 15 minutes before the set ends; find out song got played at start of set (first time ever); hope they play it a second time at the end; disappointment for everyone.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. Disclaimer: my post in no way endorses them for Glastonbury, it just appeared on my Instagram timeline. My algorithms must be set to "MOR shite"

I think its bigger than that - no way is a 2k festival getting Kasabian

Aren't Kasabian pretty much has beens at this stage?

Bundoran is tiny and I always thought sea sessions was a fairly small festival, couldn't imagine much more than 5kish? The town would be destroyed

Headlining tons of 20-40k fests in the UK, slowing building momentum back up

I wouldn't take it as confirmation just yet, I think it's gotten to the point where acts are booking UK tours around Glastonbury in the hopes of getting booked.
