knew the U2 phase from two weeks ago would come back to haunt me.

You listen to these tracks too much:

  • Feeling Lonely by boy pablo
  • For Sure by Future Islands
  • Lay_Up.m4a by Denzel Curry
  • This Life by Denzel Curry
  • Joys by Roberto Surace

You stan these artists to an uncomfortable extent:

  • Arctic Monkeys
  • Foals
  • HAIM
  • Lower Than Atlantis
  • Foo Fighters

You are 11% basic. You're trying to be cool with Lower Than Atlantis, but your favorites are the same as everybody else's..

You're too trendy for your own good. You know there's good music from before 2019, right?

Analysis finally complete.

Thanks for letting me see your music I guess.

Shutting down.

What is stanning an artist?

It's a K-Pop term for being a fan-boy/girl I think.

No, K Pop fans took the term and ran with it, but it applies to anything/anyone. There are plenty of One Direction stans if that helps.  It’s really rooted in the song “Stan” by Eminem. Pretty much becoming unbearably obsessed with an artist to the point of endless letter writing/stalking/suicide as pointed out by the song.  But really it’s just that small ( seemingly ) percentage of fans of anything that live or die with whatever it is. The Beyonce Beyhive, Taylor’s Swifties etc.

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
