Carp sounds one of the least appetising things in the world to me.  I don't eat fish anyway, but a fat, freshwater fish like that is going to taste like my dad's old tacklebox.

I wouldn’t mind working. I probably will do some work from home as well. Normally the manufacturing sector closes for 2 weeks over Christmas and we have to use some of our annual leave to cover those missed days.
 

Most of our workforce isn’t going anywhere now as the borders have now been closed and we’re still ridiculously busy in terms of orders. If no one is celebrating other than xmas day itself we might as well stay open apart from the bank holidays.

I was at the beach for Christmas day one year. We had bbq'd fish. It was amazing! 

Bbq'd mince pies and sausage rolls surprisingly didn't work so well...

I had 4 Christmases in New Zealand. We did traditional twice and BBQ twice. Didn't try BBQing mince pies though
