What's the circular construction in the field, below the ribbon tower and to the right? Is it Arcadia?

Definitely no pier work started then. I wondered if it was hiding behind a tree, but seems pretty clear that nothing (on site) has started yet.

@Wickedfaerie, do you have links to the panoramas from 2017 available?  There seems to be some shenanigans going on with The Park stage this year, unclear which bits are new

Will try and figure this out for you. Weirdly all my panoramic picture posts from 2017 seem to have disappeared. Maybe the links don't work any more. (And by 'try and figure this out' I mean I'll ask Mr Wicked when he finishes work.)

Is the scaffolding Block 9 or London Underground? Also looks like the Pier thing will be right in Pennards gonna lose some camping space there. Arcadia looks like its gonna be big, maybe some kind of space ship

Hasn't it changed orientation?   Looks like it is pointing directly at the Ribbon Tower and up the hill, not along the hill...
