Used to be my favourite band back in 1997-1999 kind of era. Was pretty obsessive. I'm not a fan of the new stuff but would definitely give em a go for the nostalgia factor

Saw them for about £15 on their last arena tour and they were dreadful. Very lackluster. Think it's time to call it quits in all honesty.

I did draw the line at paying £50 when they played Meltdown last year so them playing would be welcome

Would be down for this clashes pending. Was never the biggest fan and they haven’t put out anything worthwhile in a long time but if they just stick to the hits it could be a fun hour. About third down Other seems right, but guess they could also easily headline the JP one night.

This was from her wife saying something about "thinking about the cure at Glastonbury" on her Twitter. He might just go with family and not play but unlikely I would say.

Why would Placebo not be on the poster? They are a big arena act, huge internationally.

Waited ages to see them and went to the Cardiff date on a recent tour - only to find out Brian had a full blown cold and could hardly sing. His voice was awful and he kept saying how he didn't want to cancel on fans. Which is fair enough but I would have rathered a rescheduled date than that performance. Would be great to see them again properly.

Fantastic news.  I've wanted to catch them live for years but they never seem to play the festivals I attend, or only play them the years I don't go.  There is something about the rhythmic nature of their lyrics that makes pretty much any of their songs easy on my ear.
