Like I said, no-one batted an eyelid when GnR headlined last year; and two of their members were charged with statutory rape.

They can be booked to headline and still people bat eyelids on here? Yes they got booked, but as I said - people did bat eyelids so don't make out this forum to have no issue with it.

Given we had the nonce tent for about 15 years post John Peel's death I have no doubt they could get away with it, but its hardly worth the risk.

The point is that the bookers still booked them; no-one important batted an eyelid & if they did then they were likely ignored.  The points made by anyone on here is irrelevant when a band is already booked to play.

It has sold ridiculously well, 14 shows already sold out, the only shows from the original announcement not currently sold out are Newcastle, Lincoln and Birmingham

If they get booked for the farm then hopefully the festival don’t do a ‘wetleg’ and put them on a stage that would get too rammed. Their popularity continues to rise.

Somebody in the other thread saying one of the band members confirmed themselves for the ‘main stage’ so seems like they’re Pyramid bound, which makes total sense after the year they’ve had.

Ha, weird. I'd love to see Pearl Jam but for the last fifteen years or so every time they're played in the UK i've been doing something else. Lo and behold, i'll be at glastonbury while they'll be at Tottenham, and i'm a Spurs fan as well 😁 its like they enjoy torturing me by always being just out of sight

spurs fan here too. been waiting for an act to play at the new ground that i've actually wanted to see. now we have one but i'm at glastonbury, so they need to play glastonbury!!

If only! 
The rumours for the London date(s), since late last year, had all been pointing toward them doing two nights in the o2. 
Perhaps they'll add a second night at Spurs, but much as I'd love it, I don't see them turning up at the festival.
