I saw Neil and Michael Eavis at Pizza Express earlier, they had on big sun glasses on but Michael's denim shorts gave him away. Neil said something about shipping 1000 eFestivals mugs to Pilton, to which Michael slid a line up sized envelope across the table.

Let's try and figure it out by process of elimination. This week's news is going to be dominated by Scotland's vote for a referendum on independence (Tuesday) and the official triggering of Article 50 (Wednesday). I don't think they'd release it on Friday because it wouldn't give much time for the buzz they need to prompt people into paying their balance, so....

I think the two most likely days are Tuesday and Thursday. Of the two, I'd say Thursday is probably more likely, early evening, but I wouldn't be at all surprise to see it today either. Hopefully somebody clued-in can give us a wee nod beforehand!

The ramifications of it being today, for the future mental wellbeing of efests forums members doesn't bear thinking about. That will mean it's been released on a Tuesday for the past three years, which will indicate a definite pattern which in future years will lead to mass hysteria every Tuesday in March.

I don't think it will this morning . Latitude drops their comedy line up announcement at 8:30 today plus some more musical acts and its not really Glasto's style to upstage other festivals announcements by announcing around the same time.

Feeling optimistic about some news today. Being that they have said they are cramming two years into one this year there could be more bigger and better acts than usual.

I can totally understand if Neil wants to keep any info he may have until just before any announcement this year with all the recent clickbait articles that have surfaced. Although that is very much me clutching onto Miks pocket of straws for an announcement today!
