Thought they had moved it last year as it fits in more with the pier theme. Always thought the Avalon tent was too small anyway!

Yes, you're right. Don't recall the helterskelter in Avalon field last year.

I thought it looked big on the overhead photo's that have been posted, though I think the helta skelta moved to Glastonbury-on-Sea last year.

Sorry if I have missed this, but when do they lift the screens at the front of the Pyramid and behind the sound desks. And the crowd barrier. I know they will be fenced off until Friday but seems to be a bit late to be putting them up when the site is full of people tomorrow?!

Its definitely become the thing to do on a Wednesday night in recent years, noticed it was considerably busier last year than in previous years

Its up by the farm and covers the eastern side of the site

No, that's a security camera, they are dotted around the site on Cherry Pickers. The webcam is a fixed camera on the wall of a building. There is a picture of it somewhere but I can't be arsed to search. Anyway. You win, unless of course you are going loads and loads of Class A's in which case you might want to be a bit careful

Loving the live feed on iplayer.  Well jell that I'm not there obvs but nice to see people milling about and nice to see some other views of the festival and the music's not bad too.
