Was just thinking that, must’ve made a hell of a thud, would love to see the video. I guess they loosened all the bolts so it all kind of came apart, rather than just snapping in two when it hit the ground.

That field is going to look much prettier without the crane base in it. Painting it green was probably the best they could do but it was still an eyesore.

just booked my Glastonbury cut .... the hat does come off on occasion .... this one will get a couple of days at work too

They should just drag it into Paines Ground, if the council object they can say its in Dairy Ground.  The resulting confusion would drag on for years.
