Hmm I know him but he's not a very well known act... unless George Ezra is doing a secret set elsewhere I can't see Jovel on the pyramid.

I saw Jovel, then known as Random Impulse, along with 16 other people at Kendal Calling in 2012 and as far as I know he hasn't released anything of note since.

Can't imagine he'd be on one of the bigger stages, but that is perhaps at odds with the George Ezra comment.

The xx 'secret set' was terrible tbh, two songs from their second album and that was it. Couldn't even get in the tent but that was my own fault for going to get some chips beforehand.

Just because Catfish and his band of bellends have grafted for a bit doesn't mean their indie landfill nonsense entitles them to play anywhere.

I don't think anybody said they were entitled to anything, and if this is indirectly aimed at my comment i was merely saying that I am happy for them finally getting somewhere after touring for 7 years.

also, great news about I Am Kloot. Enjoyed their 2013 set on the Other

Maybe. He's playing that Bristol sessions thing on the Wednesday so it wouldnt be a stretch for him to get on down to Worthy F the next day.
