Got through to payment. Authorised with my bank, Santander and then just watched the clock time out - no payment taken, no tickets for me.

and yeah, my friend said their card got charged but it said try again. and another of the group went in and tried the eg numbers and it didnt work. so

I’ll keep trying for those details above. The 0.1 sec refresh rate got through again, got two groups done. Sometimes stick between reg and confirmation page then also to payment. Just got to wait a bit then page back and try again

Exactly this. Happened to us in the first 5 mins. Got to payment, authorised payment and then crashed.

Same, even did the thing where it takes like 1p out as an authorisation, so surely there's something there!?

It's that slight hope that you've actually got them due to hitting the 'buy tickets' button. Horrible process.

got to the card payment and it hung and died....got through again and it said already allocated, must have gone through 😄

Is there any precedent for bookings being honoured if there's a record of a payment being attempted etc?
