They're not Radiohead, it would be kinda BS to have them as a headliner considering they were announced before most people had even heard the music. Phoenix have been around for decades

Where do people think The Smile will play? Mordor would be preferable in order to avoid headliner clashes, but a smaller stage would obviously be better for the intimacy factor. Hard one to place imo.

Strangely enough, Om is still listed on the updated poster for the first weekend.

Hard not to think they won't put them on Mordor.

At the end of the day, it's still Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood on stage doing indie songs they wrote and how can that not draw a crowd.

Right, what other act would otherwise be on Mordor that Friday during the dark hours? Maybe Burna Boy, but Lorde, The Strokes, Massive Attack, and The Smile make the most sense.

Damn that’s a shame. Their day at the main festival is probably the most insanely stacked day for me so was hoping I’d be able to at least catch them at this one.

Stage splits and timetable will come at same time. Usually 2-3weeks before the festival. Won't be surprised if we get weekend 1 first , then weekend 2 a week later

It'd be nice to get both at the same time, so that figuring out our itineraries will be easier.

Pretty much certain they'll be headlining 2023 off the back of a new record given they're playing the LA Primavera in autumn, can't see them doing a secret set this year given how expensive they are and the level of production.

Maybe it's just quite crowded with acts this year. I imagine there has been a lot of rollovers too, so unless they had the tour starting up in like 2019 (for 2020 festivals) maybe they missed the boat. Less competition maybe next year too. Think they're nailed on for Primavera 2023 hopefully, alongside NIN I hope, already two quality acts.

Wonder if this is a mistake, they've been bumped up from tier 3 to tier 2 on the weekend 1 poster (rightfully so). Maybe someone forgot to paste them back into Ciutat 🤣
