I think he has full presidential powers...but realistically probably can't do much, especially a trade deal.

I reckon there could be a chance, seemingly the next president is always an emphasis of the previous ones weaknesses (like how Trump doesn’t know what he’s doing but Biden is a seasoned politician) and with a lot of Biden‘s complaints are he’s not left enough.

Switched over to BBC. There's no doubt that the presenters are happy about this outcome, coverage feels so different to 4 years ago.
