Cooter
So, up there on the important list is where onsite can I get a great curry. I prefer the lighter Thai style more than the heavier richer Indian type. Also fish is always good, monkfiish is a fave.
eFestivals
Best place to get a curry? Leicester, or Brum. India's not bad either.
stuartbert two hats
There's Goan fish curry place in W Holts. It's pretty light, as far as Indian curry goes. And, oh yeah - it's fricking delicious!
kaytee...
Gandhi's flip flop is the best for a veggie curry, big portions too
barkley87
Anywhere good for for a chicken curry? Had a nice veggie one somewhere in the green fields two years ago.
Losing my hair
Indian style but Gandhi's flip-flop is delicious - the samosas are exceptional. Beaten to it. Edited June 5, 2019 by Losing my hair

carlosj
Yes, the West Holts Goan fish curry place is light, but you get thalis in quite a few places, I remember then in the Park area mainly.
Mezhyp1
I got a great paneer curry from a bus, somewhere in the central market area, I'm sure I could find it again, but the name escapes me. It was lovely

It’s beauty on a plate. had a tasty large samosa from a stall just inside the green fields on the right. You had to stand up on a wooden walk way infront of their caravan ( I think) . Did yummy veggie burgers too. of course The Bhangra bus serves the best large curries on site

However, I'm now not really looking forward to just porridge for breakfast.

It was lovely I think that might be the Bhangra Bus. It's owned by some of my wife's friends and has been mentioned to us by a few of our friends as being brilliant without them knowing we know the owners. CaledonianGonzo
Going on a fairly lengthy round trip on Friday night to collect a curry from my favourite restaurant to have in the freezer for a duvet day on the Tuesday.
shoptildrop
Budda Cafe at the top of the Greenfields as you go to the stone circle does a wonderful coconut curry and also agree with Gandi's flip flop as lovely food

rwa
Always have at least one Goan Fish Curry. They also do Kedgeree for breakfast if you get there before 11/midday? Which we also try and do once a year.
