Every Glastonbury by about the Friday evening my lower back is in pain. I was thinking of starting weekly pilates to stop this happening next year. Does anyone know if this will work? Or is there something better I could be doing? For ref, I already do a mix of cardio and strength training 4 times a week, but I rarely do much core work.

I got past the holding page at about 9:25, but it timed out after I pressed proceed on the payment page so I thought I hadn't got them. But the money has come out of my bank and I've received the confirmation email so I will be there! Not everyone I was trying for managed to get tickets though, so I've told them to try in the Spring resale too. I've managed to get tickets in that sale 2 or 3 times before so have faith if you didn't get them this tome round either.
