eFestivals is fund-raising

eFestivals has been here 20 years supporting festivals and festival goers. Without your support it will not continue as it has been.
Advertising used to pay the bills but advertising revenues are much less than they were.

Festivals: if you'd like us to continue to promote your event to our 650,000 monthly readers you'll need to give a helping hand.
Festival-Goers: if every visitor in just one day donated just £2, that would provide funding for a whole year.

You can donate or sign up for 'gold' (ad-free) membership, or you can contact the editor.

  1. Spent a week walking around Krakow and Warsaw to break in my new walking shoes and get my feet used to miles of walking each day.

    Same for me too.
  3. After over 10 years of using a cheap rucksack for all my gear, I've finally bought a decent one that I will hopefully be able to actually stand up straight in. Goodbye sore back!
  4. Haha! I'm not even a football fan and I thought that second half was impressive. My partner (who is a massive football fan) was going crazy! Enjoy it, and good luck in a few weeks!
  5. Went to my first spinning class in about 5 weeks. It nearly killed me but what got me through was thinking about how glad I'll be for the improved cardiovascular fitness by the time glasto comes around. However next week I'm in Poland and plan on spending the entire time eating and drinking my entire body weight, so maybe that kind of thinking was a bit premature.
  6. Someone posted this on the Facebook Glasto Chat (ugh) group yesterday, so you might be out of luck I'm afraid.
  7. That's fab! If I'd have known about this camera back in 2017 I'd have definitely got one to take some amazing Radiohead pics...but there's no one I'm that bothered about photographing this year which is why I'm in two minds. If I can find a cheap second hand one I'll definitely be getting it though!

Yep, like it says in the box...
  9. Brill thanks! I'm still deciding whether it's worth buying a new camera just to use a couple of times a year at festivals and holidays, but if I do that's probably the one I'll get.

    Emotional Moments

Same. I'm pretty sure if I hear any Radiohead during the festival it'll take me right back to that.
  11. I like the look of this one, but can you take out and replace the battery? I like to take a few charged batteries for my camera with me but I'm not sure if you can with this one..?

    Self-Confirmed 2019

Didn't read this properly and I thought Cillian Murphy had confirmed himself. I was very excited for a second.

Still, it's always useful if you've got an act you want to catch so you know what time to set off. Especially when you're as obsessed with planning as me. I dunno when it's from, but 15 mins from other and pyramid to John peel still seems accurate, so I'd assume the other John peel times are accurate too.

I got this from the boards a few years ago and still find it helpful. I take a laminated version every year.
