Saw Kevin Morby at Mad Cool and he was decent but I was distracted by the people in front of me who kept taking pictures of themselves with me stood in the background of them and sending them to all their friends.

Stuff like that always weirds me out. Like there are probably so many photos of people with me just walking past in the background or whatever. I might even be on display in some random person's house.

I was awkwardly trying to look away but every time I looked at their phone there was a new pic of them and me.

Worst one was when I was at an Arctic Monkeys gig in 2013 and these two people in front of me took a Snapchat of themselves and I was looking at the camera and they circled my face and sent it to their friends. They never even said anything.

Played on the main stage at Reading this year. Compared to that a 12,000 capacity venue doesn't seem ludicrous. No matter how much the hipsters on here may like to slate these sorts of bands, though they're not exactly musically innovative they're still quite fun to watch.

      I agree but anyone under Rodrigo would be a sub in reality, that day would sell out in under an hour whoever is subbing, in which case Wolf Alice would make a lot of sense   The more unrealistic part of the scenario at this point is Rodrigo headlining

      All you can say is...     If he couldn't convince nations that really would've benefitted from the short-term hit of an up-front £50mil payment by this time next year, what hope did he have?   Guess we'll now just have to monitor and see if this could derail Infantino's plans to be re-elected FIFA President next year.

      Spider-Man: Brand New Day   Highlight was a bloke reacting to the post-credit scene by going "Holy f**k it's Tobey Maguire!" despite the scene having no reference to him at all. Which made my close-to-full screening of the film laugh a lot.   Film was pretty good. It was interesting as much as an exploration of the ramifications of the end of No Way Home and being about isolationism and male loneliness, which I thought it actually did quite well. Though I do ponder if I liked it as much as the other 3 Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. Sadie Sink was good tbf, while I also liked Jon Bernthal as Punisher, enough that I might go watch his Disney+ shows.   Seem to have had a Marvel kick recently having also watched Thunderbolts and Shang-Chi, both of which I thought were pretty good.

      Wolf Alice won't get headliner for Reading either, they will sub if they play, that is where their level has stopped I feel. Both TFG and Skyvip for the big shows this year was just a stretch too far. Every headliner this year is bigger than them too I'd say.   Agree with Capaldi I don't think Yungblud will be at Reading. I would guess Bludfest 3 or Download.
