I was in your camp, so decided to take the scary plunge of checking registration details: all confirmed so thought it must be coach tickets only...Then saw:

Im booked on a coach  but only received my ticket balance reminder and not one of these mysterious "coach tickets" that others seem to have got.

Should I worry ?... Probably not

2014 one was bigger (about 750ml) and had a colour logo on it. 2015 and 2016 was smaller (about 500ml) and had a metallic logo etched in.
