Whoever they do put up against Stormzy, across the site, will be interesting.

Would have thought they'll be spreading out the options - can't imagine a particularly strong Other headliner, and not much on elsewhere.

They’ll do what they did with Ed and pick duff headliners on the other stages to try and pack out the pyramid

The Cure for 'locals day' feels a bit odd.....unless the Eavii have chatted to some of them all and discovered the local area is a hot bed of aging goths. Though the 'locals day line up' is perhaps just a bit of a myth.

The last time the cure played the festival they played on the Sunday. They were just what you need on a Sunday night too.

Ed Sheeran, one of the most popular headliners they could possibly have booked? You really think they had to consciously limit options elsewhere to ensure he had a big crowd?

I thought that but why allow Ryan Adams, I'm pretty sure it had closed early in previous years?

I’ve never noticed Park closing early before. I mustn’t see a lot of Park headliners, probably spend a lot more of my time at WH. Did Emily mention some changes to the Park next year tho, in relation to extending the late night areas?

The headliner gossip is earily quiet at the moment. Maybe the last one or two haven’t signed on the dotted line yet?

...because it was the greatest set that Glasto has had off the pyramid in ten years. Come. At. Me.

I mean, it was good, really good, but best in 10 years? Nah.

Anti-flag at Leftfied, The Hold Steady on The Other, Killers at John Peel, Elbow at The Park. All better.

Anti-Flag at Leftfield was fantastic.

To be fair, they’ve been fantastic every time I’ve seen them but that was something special

The Hold Steady on The Other,

2010? that was good indeed. I was making small chat with Craig Finn 2 weeks ago backstage at a gig he was part of and I mentioned specifically how great that set was. also asked him if any chance of 2019 at the farm (non-responsive, then some musician caught his attention)

If two of the best non-Pyramid shows of the last 10 years at Glastonbury have been put on by The Killers and Elbow there can't be much good stuff going on.
