How important is it to copy & paste details rather than just manually typing in? 

Do you get a set amount of time to type in your details before the page expires and you have to go back in the queue or something? 

Just wondering whether I need to take up a super-speed typing class or something!

page doesnt expire if I recall but its quickness based on the fact that tickets can sell out at any point weather you are on booking page or further on

I can't believe it's four days away for general sale. Those 30 or so minutes tickets are on sale, it feels like you're in the matrix and the walls around you are caving in, i've never felt more alive than in those moments... I crave T-day.

From the ticket FAQ's.....

5. If the page ‘hangs’ and you can’t get any further, try pressing back once and then continue your booking from that point. If that doesn’t help, close your browser and start again. Please don’t continue to refresh the page more than 10 minutes after entering your details as your access to the page will have expired. You will need to close the browser and start again to gain fresh access to the booking page.

6. If an attempt to book is already held against your registration number, your number will be held for up to 10 minutes whilst the transaction is attempted, but will be released if the transaction fails, to give you the chance to try again, if there are still tickets available.

I hate this time of year. Soooooooo nervous. Will attempt the coach sale on my phone on the way home tomorrow, but will more than likely end up in the big bunfight on sunday morning.

Is the credit card number input made of 1 textbox for 16 numbers or 4 boxes for 4 numbers each? Just so I know i can copy and paste faster from a notepad.

Does anybody have a print of the card details page so I can familiarize myself with it? Thanks

There are four people in our groups that have a different name now to the one they registered with. One got married and the other three change their names for family reasons. They all look remarkably similar to their photos but are unlikely to have I.D and bank cards with their old name come June 2017. Should they be fortunate enough to get tickets on Sunday, how likely is that they will have a problem at the gate? Has anyone on here had a similar issue?

I don't have a screengrab or anything but I am fairly certain its 1 box for all 16 numbers not 4 of 4.

registration numbers for each person
postcode (used for registration) for each person - names do not need adding.

 

 Screen Two
This will confirm the names & the postal address for each registered user.

Screen Three (some of these fields will self populate with lead names details)
Email  
Email Confirm
Long Card Number   
Start Date  
End Date  
Issue Number (if applicable) 
CVV Number 
Contact Phone number 

 

Screen Four
Confirms purchase from SeeTickets

My wife has never changed her registration details since we got married two years ago and has never had any issues.

There's a couple of additional pages for the coach sale, but I recommend taking a deep breath and making sure you type / copy the correct information over. 

I'm going to be calling my bank to make sure they don't cancel my card like they did in the resale for this years festival.. 

They'll be two of us trying for 4 tickets from Cardiff / Bristol. Myself and my other half who will be on his lunch break in his office in Rhode Island. The other two are enjoying their wedding and will likely not be too worried about the sale (more nervously whatsapping to see if we've had any luck!)

Saturday night, I will have 2 or 3 bottles of Brothers Festival Strength, before a relatively early night.  Sunday, after a crap nights sleep worrying, I will get up and shower just before 8, get dressed (always wearing one of my Glastonbury t-shirts), get the coffee on, and then get my browser screens and reg details pages up and ready.  Usually work from just the PC, with work phone and iphone to one side, both for browsers, and also for all of the different ticket buying groups to contact each other on Whatsapp.  I will start f5ing at around 08:55

Upon hopefully being successful, my Glastonbury wristband from this year's festival will be removed!
