Talks won't break down. He's eager to play and the fest are apparently eager to get him. I doubt that he'd budge even if mega money came calling from somewhere else.

Sheeran's people need firing if they allow talks to break down.

I'm all for a wide variety of music, and I was in favour of Adele headlining this year even though I think she's shit. Having said that, too many Radio1 safe for yer mam to listen to acts headlining is going to bring in too many wetbags. I bet they're the ones who leave their tents too.

I had hoped for this year's Royal Variety Show headliners to be balanced out by a crop of relatively oddball headliners, like Arcade Fire and Metallica in 2014. But alas.

Yep I reckon the Saturday, same as Adele. With third album on the way it's not beyond the realm of possibility he could be well on his way to being as big as her in 2017/

The paragraph directly below that confirms its nothing official. I am aware I'm scraping around, I don't mind if it's Ed, he's young and up coming, that's what the festival needs more of

damn, maximum bet now £3.77. if it is Radiohead, Sheeran and Roses i expect it in that order. if Foos are the third headliner i expect Sheeran to be Sunday. more confident in that first 3 though. £3.77 it is!
