I'm starting to think more and more that Adele has decided not to do it. As ridiculous and uninspired as it may be, the prospect of Muse, Radiohead and Coldplay is becoming more and more real.

It wouldn't blow my mind to see Adele perform at Glastonbury just not as a headliner. Whether she does something with Coldplay or even does a co-headline deal. She might be wary of being an outright headliner, so she suggested playing before someone like Muse or Radiohead.

I can't imagine that performance filled her with confidence to play in front of 100,000/whatever people at the most publicised festival there is

Nah bollocks.  You ears have been ruined by too much auto-tune.  It's a dreary song, but voices aren't supposed to be perfect.  I bit of raggediness is a good thing.

Logically, it could be either one.

this wasnt "raggid", it was out of tune and actually unpleasant to listen to, because her singing was jarring with the piano notes.

I'm a subscriber to that train of thought. I think it could be a possibility. It's not the most likely option by any means, but I don't think you can rule it out completely.
