Radiohead touring in 2016

It's over guys, give up. The very best you can hope for is a secret set comprising of only 1 song recorded prior to The King of Limbs performed to a field full of numpties waiting on a Daft Punk secret set.

I'm booking my Nos Alive ticket later, you lot should do the same

(I've just noticed Jagwar Ma and Biffy Clyro have been announced for that since I last looked at the lineup)

Booked my NOS Alive ticket weeks ago, hence me not being too bothered by Glasto now. I hope they're there, for you guys. But for selfish reasons it would be nice not to worry about missing RH on the Pyramid whilst seeing someone else. 

Should do 2017 anyway.

The missus and I are close to booking Nos Alive tickets too. Week in a Portugal capped off by seeing Radiohead...not arf bad!

Still though...Radiohead on the Pyramid Stage needs to happen again.

Personally Id prefer a big outdoor show. I saw them first at Reading in 2009 and they were earth shatteringly brilliant. They were excellent on the Park stage in 2011. Saw them at the O2 in 2012 and they were great again but having last seen them at their own show indoors, id much prefer a big outdoor event to make a day of it.

Who am i kidding though. Id take anything. Any fucking thing right now

well, I can't know which one is the more accurate, but I still lean towards the first RH source than the 2nd.

The first is defo in the RH info loop (tho it's possible he's not this time), while the other one possibly isn't - and RH are one of those bands where the info loop is something outside of the more-normal loops.

I don't think they're gonna be there - the doubt is well and truly set - but I do hope you're right, and do think Adele's possible uncertainty over the whole thing may be a factor in them possibly being there if that is the case

So what you're saying is there's a possibility they're possibly gonna be there if Adele possibly isn't? Well, I guess it's not impossible

Nope. I've always pretty-much gone with the idea that both Adele and RH might be on the bill.

I think either Radiohead are going to be there in person and maybe do the odd DJ set etc (so they would have had bookings in nearby hotels etc) or they're headlining in 2017 and someone's got their wires crossed a little. I just can't see them doing yet another secret set, particularly with the safety issues last time and the fact they're on a proper tour.

Yeah I was more thinking if Adele backed out of headlining outright and they needed somebody to step in and take her place with her taking a lower slot. But the more likely outcome is they're not playing at all and we get to enjoy some w*nky Thom DJ sets

Ah, rubbish news. I'm with @CHRLY, I already have Primavera tickets and have been considering whether or not to try in the resale for Glastonbury anyway. Hoping for y'all though. It's been too long, and this year just seemed so close.

I would rather Radiohead not play at all this year then playing some subdued secret set again to be honest. 

I would guess since they're not touring much before Primavera (something would've been announced by now), there's a fair chance they might be touring next summer - they usually include a proper Asian/American leg as well as a proper European tour - this would have them touring into Spring 2017 at least. If they played a little secret set or something again this year, it would probably reduce the chances of them playing next year.

Well this has been one very shit roller-coaster ride. Obviously there will remain a tiny part of me that believes it will happen but the chances look quite slim now

Went and booked tickets and flights to Nos Alive after all this. To be fair I was already sold on the lineup but this bit of doubt over RH not playing Glasto pushed me over the edge and in to near bankruptcy
