He's broken his fibula, the smaller bone in the leg, by the looks of things so it is possible he'll be walking unaided within two weeks. Ok he won't be jumping and skipping around on stage but he should be fine. The bone isn't weight baring so he could walk with slight pain now but they will make him keep any weight off it to aid recovery. I'm sure he'll get the best medical treatment so should be fine for Glastonbury.
