Going out and not worrying about it obviously did the trick. Got straight in for two adult tickets once i'd come back. No CV ticket but no matter, we'll slum it!

Unfortunately, I've now got to go out for an hour so after an hour and 20 minutes of trying and getting nowhere I'm going to have to give up. Looks like a different festival for me
