I think Adele has so much fucking money she can pretty much do what she likes.

She might think 'smaller' arenas suit her music more. She certainly must be aware of that herself.

Which leaves G16 as a one off mahoosive gig. Box ticketed on the bucket list.

*Although I'm obliged to stick with my increasingly wrong looking prediction she'll play a non-headline spot as 'fourth headliner'.

Maybe. Although she might have such a taste for money now that she can't get enough. Either way, I'm not bothered if she plays or not. I'll be doing something else while she's on :)

maybe so, but if she was ever to let that fear go just once and do an outdoor gig, then Glastonbury is definitely the one to do you'd have thought. she's been to and played the festival previously so maybe it's an opportunity she feels she can't let pass by

you see, i'd say Glastonbury on live primetime BBC is the last you want to be "giving it a try".

if she announced a few stadium gigs in early June, then that would be a lot more telling than these American dates.

maybe they'll still come, but what I'm taking from this announcement is "still doesn't want to play big outdoor gigs" rather than "still has Glasto weekend free".

If it is Saturday, she would probably  be "up against" England's second round Euro Game if she wasn't headlining / playing last.

That would definitely effect viewing figures on TV. I suspect she will want to avoid that.

Anyway, chances of another visit from Neiler?

Dublin and Belfast have been announced for 7/8 June 2016.  Expect a bunch of dates inbetween including the UK.

Theh could cut to one of her many sad songs when England get knocked out. Everyone's a winner. Except England, obviously.

There is something to be said for her having a break. It's not unusual for someone to have a break between Euro touring and America so while it leaves it open for her I don't think it confirms it. I do think there would be at least one outdoor gig in the states as no one wants to tour for that many dates while making the same money doing less dates if they are happy to. I also agree that not only will it be 100k at the fest but millions watching at home. I wouldn't say yes or no but there is a fair arguement for her saying no in the end.

Considering that all the indoor arena tours whether Europe or USA will be using the same production etc I am still think the unpredictable British weather may put her off agreeing to perform one outdoor show in the middle of it.

Does the famous "Exeter Express & Echo" know something we don't, or have I missed something?

And they have the Foo's as a confirmed as well ?

the only thing I could think of as worse then adele is coldplay...the only thing worse then that would be Kanye being told he can `give it another go`........really not a fan, dont get the hype, dont get the media, shes just a good (but not great) singer, that's it....nothing special, nothing edgy, not much passion, nothing that grabs you....a radio diva...someone who whenever they release a song local radio play it 50 times a day at work until your sick of hearing it....not that I like agreeing with Neil Gallagher but he was right Adele is music for old granny's...its boring easy listening.......I really dont see what she would bring to the table live.....its her on stage....singing.....and thats it.....it basically sounds like the soundtrack to a john lewis christmas advert live......zzzfest.

can you tell im not a fan?

this coming from a Kenye fan.....<_<

Can't tell if that's mispelt or racist...

Regardless, Kanye is a musical genius also. He has invented an entirely new sound that very few artists have managed to do, and has almost unrivalled musical presence. I think he's phenomenal.

As is Yorke. Two of the greatest musicians alive.
