The general consensus about Kanye is that he's a bit of a d1ck. Some people won't want to go to Glasto if he's headlining. Maybe that makes them fairweather Glasto fans but tbh that's the majority of people at Glasto isn't it? Not sure there's 175,000 die-hard festival goers there.

Really not worthy of a ticket if this would put you off. Reckon there would be enough 'die hard festival goers' to sell out as well, almost a shame there isn't a way a of weeding those out who aren't.

I personally had no interest in any of the headliners (or really any act on the Pyramid) last year. Didn't bother me one bit.

I only started coming on these forums as he was leaving the other year as someone found out who he was or something so I don't know much about him.

He predicted Kanye after he'd been announced and weren't The Rolling Stones the most obvious choice in the year leading up to it?

mike99 came back, then Glasto probably panicked and announced Kanye. they probably weren't going to let him announce the headliners again like he did with the Stones - that kinda stole their thunder really.
